Terms and Conditions

To ensure the safety of the children using the inflatables we suggest following these guidelines;-

1. All children, in and around the inflatables, should be supervised at all times by a responsible adult (18+), who is not under the influence of alcohol. This adult should ensure that the following does not occur:-

i. No footwear is to be worn on the inflatable at any time.
ii. No climbing on the inflatable walls or bouncing on the front step (its used to help children enter and exit), which should be left unobstructed.
iii. Separate older children from younger; for example have groups of under 5's, 5-8 years, 9-12 year etc, to minimise accidents. No children older than 14 allowed on to the inflatable.
iv. Rough play such as bouncing against the walls hard, somersaults and other aggressive play should be discouraged, as this could cause accidents and injury.
v. Please ensure that no sharp objects are taken on to the inflatable, such as; glasses, keys, toys, jewelry etc. In addition, no food, drink, party poppers, or silly string should be used on the inflatable.
vi. Do not allow children with medical conditions, which might put them at risk, use the inflatable, (e.g. Asthma, temporary injures).
vii. Sumo Suit's should only be worn by Adults or Teenagers big enough to wear them, helmets & neck braces must be worn. Sumo should only occur on the mats provided.
viii. Its advisable to have a first aid kit available.

2. The inflatables must be used in a correct fashion;
i. We will only deliver and erect bouncy castles and/or bouncy slides if the weather is deemed to be such that it is safe to do so.
ii. Never switch the blower on or off while the castle is being used.
iii. In wet conditions the castle will become very slippery and we recommend that it is not used at this time. In the event of heavy rain, it is strongly recommended that the Bouncy Castle be switched off. Any wetness, including bubbling (which is normal) can be dried with a towel.
iv. Children should be kept away from the blower unit, electric cables and anchors.
v. No smoking or barbecues near the inflatable.
vi. If the castle is excessively dirty or in any way damaged when collected, the hirer will be liable and have to pay for any repairs or cleaning.
vii. Inflatables are not designed to be used in adverse weather conditions. The electric blower should be switched off at the mains and the plug removed in wet conditions. Equipment should not be re-connected until fully dry.
